BineBit sets the rate we pay, and it includes our margin. Before you confirm, you see the exact cash amount, the rate and any fee on one screen. No haggling, no counter-offers.

Not once you confirm it. Confirmed sales are final, so check the amount and bank account before you slide to sell.

Most payouts reach your bank within minutes (by Faster Payments in the UK). A few go through a quick manual check, which usually takes under 30 minutes. You can follow every order live in the app.

No. We only pay into a bank account in your own name.

Your crypto goes straight back to your BineBit wallet and we tell you why, so you can fix your bank details and try again.

BineBit does. Your wallet is custodial: you get your own deposit addresses, and we hold the crypto on your behalf and show your balance in the app. Read more on our regulatory status page.

Open the coin in your wallet and tap Deposit. Copy the address or scan the QR code, and make sure you send the same coin on the network shown. Always check the network before you send.

A deposit appears once the network has confirmed it. This usually takes a few minutes, depending on the coin and how busy the network is.

Contact support as soon as possible with the transaction hash. Where it is technically possible we will try to recover it. We tell you the fee before we start, and there is no fee if we cannot recover it. Recovery is not guaranteed. See section 7 of our Terms.

The minimum for each coin is shown on the deposit screen, so check it before you send. Deposits below the minimum are not credited, and very small deposits cannot be recovered. See section 7 of our Terms.

Not at the moment. You can sell crypto for cash or use it to buy eSIMs. We will update this page if that changes.

Amazon, Apple, Steam, Google Play, Razer Gold, Sephora, eBay and more, from the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe. The app shows every card and rate before you submit.

Choose the brand, country, card type (physical or e-code) and value. For a physical card, add up to 5 photos: the front, the scratched back and the receipt if you have it. For an e-code, paste the code. Then submit.

Each card has a rate per US$1 (or other card currency), shown before you submit. You see the amount you will get before you confirm.

Common reasons are that the card was already used, is invalid or expired, is for a different region or value, or the photos are unclear. We always tell you the reason so you know what to do next.

Cards must be unused, with their full balance, and obtained lawfully. Never sell a card someone sent you as payment for goods or a job you have not been paid for; this is a common scam.

Most recent iPhones and many recent Android phones support eSIM, as long as the phone is not locked to a network. Look for an "Add eSIM" option in your phone settings before you buy.

After you buy, scan the QR code or tap Install in the app and follow the steps. It takes a minute and you can do it before you travel.

Each plan shows when it starts and how long it lasts before you buy.

Yes, if the eSIM has not been installed. Once it is installed or the plan has started, it cannot be refunded unless it does not work because of a fault on our side. See section 8 of our Terms.

BineBit staff will never ask for your PIN, password or one-time codes, and never ask you to send crypto to "verify" your account. We only contact you in the app and from @binebit.com email addresses.

Change your password, then contact support straight away. We will lock your account while we look into it.

Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by anyone, and confirmed sales are final. That is why we show you everything before you confirm.
